Red carpet couple Neil Patrick Harris and David Burtka are gonna be daddies! Maybe! The pair are reportedly on the hunt for a surrogate mother to bring little Doogies into the world. And because all celebrities know, act like, and make the same decisions as each other, the five-year couple are supposedly working with the agency Growing Generations, the same one Sarah Jessica Parker used (and ended up with a bisexual surrogate, supposedly). It gives a whole new meaning to the term "daddy complex."
